I declare that I will abide by the criteria listed below, to obtain the best possible experimental results from the resources at IBG (Izmir Biomedicine and Genome) center’s Core facilities.
1. All researchers are subject to IBG rules and regulations. For this reason, compliance will all IBG rules and regulations at all times is mandatory,
2. During all activities biosafety regulations, as decided by the IBG Biosafety Committee, are to be followed, including but not limited to ethical agreements, patient rights and intellectual property agreements associated with the studies, while also performing all tasks within the confines of Work Safety and Health regulation,
3. Requested appointment may be changed different hours or day as per the work flow of the IBG Core Facilities,
4. The starting material and content of samples must be identified at the time the appointment request is made, and followed by abiding to the core facilities rules for sample acceptance parameters,
5. All responsibilities regarding the samples prior to its acceptance to the IBG Core Facilities are the requesting researcher’s responsibility,
6. IBG is not responsible for any adverse result that may arise from sample preparation, experimental design and/or technical difficulties,
7. If and when results obtained at IBG Core facilities are published it is obligatory to include this sentence in the acknowledgement,
8. Whenever a third party is to participate in the appointment prior approval from the core facility manager of interest must be obtained,
